To ensure you benefit from a continuous cycle of improvements you should plan your use of OMBEA Insights in advance. Our Goal Planner makes this easy! It’s supported by our Feedback Review tool, also described in this article.
Let’s start with the Goal Planner. The planner is broken down into 4 parts. In each part you will answer some simple questions that will help you setup, collect, and act on the feedback with they support. The four parts are:
- Feedback Loops.
- Going Live.
In this section you work out the best questions to ask, by starting with the big picture of ‘why’ you’re collecting feedback in the first place.
You know what you’re going to ask, so the next question is ‘when?’ In this section you plan the feedback cycle into your year or quarter.
Here, you commit to a regular feedback review and define what exactly you will do when you see spikes and dips in the feedback.
This last section helps you identify the stakeholders around you that you need on board, as well as any resources you might need before you go live.
Once you’ve completed the planner, you will find our Feedback Review template especially useful. It follows on from the information you put in the planner and helps you stay on top of your feedback and actions on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
